Experienced Secondary school leader with an enthusiastic approach to education. I have a proven ability to lead people towards common goals and achieve outstanding academic results. Staff, students, and parents view me as a supportive and approachable figure within the school community. I continue to develop my knowledge, skill and understanding of what is required to raise standards in schools. I have completed my training as a member of the IBEN team as a workshop leader and school visit/inspection team member. I have also completed Tribal inspection training and been part of the Taaleem review team. I have confidence in my ability to lead and improve student outcomes.
