Lead the enterprise data, reporting, and analytics strategy in partnership with the Chief Technology & Strategy Officer, with an expanded charter to make Data a Core Competency — breaking down silos across structured, unstructured, and external data so collective intelligence is accessible to every user, app, and AI agent. Own the data & analytics portfolio spanning Enterprise Reporting, Data & Analytics, Data Platform & Cloud Ecosystem, and Data Strategy & Governance. Lead a multi-functional organization of senior leaders, manage a $10MM budget, and establish the enterprise data operating model aligning stakeholders and investment to business outcomes. Build the governed data foundation every agent, app, and dashboard depends on — certified enterprise data models, a composable Snowflake semantic layer, and an ontology and knowledge graph grounding AI in shared business meaning. Establish Snowflake as the enterprise data lake, extending curation beyond the EDW to telematics, digital adoption signals, unstructured assets, CRM, and external data. Deliver AI-enabled analytics through a Snowflake Cortex–powered BI agent deployed at scale, and modernize legacy analytics with product-oriented applications on Sigma. Lead the next-generation analytics experience — agentic chat, real-time models, and role-aware AI insights — and stand up a governed agent ecosystem (BI, Finance, Field Ops, Customer Insights) exposed as callable skills via an internal MCP registry, powering an "anyone can build apps and agents" platform. Enable customer-facing analytics through domain models (sustainability, productivity) powering Insights inside customer applications, and lead Total Control — uptime, productivity, and key operating metrics as a live customer-experience signal. Drive the transition to AI-native delivery — GitHub CI/CD, AI-assisted dbt migration, workbook-as-code, and rapid agent build patterns — moving the organization to an AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC).
