I have a strong track record in designing and implementing organisation-wide initiatives that improve engagement, retention and operational effectiveness. As a member of senior leadership teams, I have led cross-functional projects focused on professional growth, organisational performance, and capability development. I have also managed budgets, supported change initiatives, and developed high-performing teams. I hold a Distinction in an MSc in Education Leadership and Management, as well as a Level 7 Senior Leadership qualification accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
