I have spent the majority of my career working with growing, dynamic clients across the Thames Valley. I've worked with businesses in both the UK and overseas, having spent time working in the US. Although I have worked with large listed clients, the binding characteristics of most of my clients is that they are fast-growing and entrepreneurial, and for the main are backed by private investors, private equity or are AIM-listed. I have worked with my clients through the IPO process, both in the UK and the US, and in raising funds from private equity and VCTs. I particularly enjoy having the opportunity to share the experiences and knowledge I've gained from working with my clients to provide insights and challenge to other businesses on their own growth journey. Within our own business I pride myself on my coaching and team building skills. Outside work, alongside my interest in all things tech, I'm an avid reader and a huge basketball fan.
