Currently I am operating permanently in the professional services sector with a focus on legal and/or financial services, having previously operated in the retail sector. My experience is varied via various roles during my career from production to 3rd line support right through to departmental management. Previously to my current role(s), I have managed and supported a leading (in its time) fashion house’s UK IT infrastructure and internal services as well as functioning as an additional English based analyst and IT advisor for the group. All my previous roles have given me good exposure to other aspects of the retail marketplace including finance, merchandising, office and store operations and sales. I also have experience in planning and rolling out complete epos systems including integrated pci complaint credit card processing solutions. To date i have been directly involved in approximately thirty new store/office openings and two flagship store refurbishments. My ultimate goal is to setup my own It services company to offer cost effective IT and ancillary solutions to small and medium sized businesses who might be constrained to smaller and/or tighter budgets, specializing but not limited to retail, media and professional services. Specialties: I.T Planning, sourcing, procurement, implementation and support for small to medium sized businesses specializing in the retail industry. Areas include but not limited to: Epos, electronic payments solutions, Comms (LAN, WIFI, fixed line, mobile and WAN), Windows 2000 to 8, Server 2000 to 2012, AD, SQL, MS Office XP to 365 , Printing solutions, Traffic/Footfall counting, Security systems and small scale CCTV installations.

Responsible for all aspects of IT Hardware and software interests in the UK for the Benetton group including but not limited to, Procurement, outsourcing & SLA management, project planning, testing, training, installation and licensee consultancy. Project Manager / On-site Engineer Planning and implementation of EPOS systems (software and hardware) into client sites including Benetton, Valentino, Black and Decker, Jimmy Choo, Diesel, Evisu, Theo Fennell. Nov 04 – Mar 05 1nd & 2nd Line Helpdesk Support / Off--site Engineer Providing remote support to clients and RTB repairs. Liaising with suppliers regarding 3rd line support.
