Leadership • Working closely with the Professional Services Management Team, led the implementation of solutions to the customer, guiding the process of client deployment utilizing Prince2 methodology and for internal processes with Agile using Agile Kanban boards to streamline the workflow. Contributions • Assisted clients with deployment of the solution to work stations and terminal servers. Given my understanding of the Communicare application, was able to advise procedures to connect to cloud-based API’s and modify config files to specific requirements. • Analyzed, through workshops, client requirements and documented specifics in design documents for customer analysis for solution design sign-off. • Implemented a process where specific, known technical requirements, for any implementation were easily imported into Jira for quick creation of projects and tasks assigned to “Epics” for easy categorization. • On a daily basis took calls on a busy helpdesk, assisting customers with general and technical assistance. Sourcing specific requirements from developers to ensure KPI’s were met. • Full end to end testing, after migration of data from existing systems into Communicare Highlighted Projects Given control of a project to deploy the solution to a remote community in Cape Barren, Tasmania. Working remotely with the client was able to build the solution, locally on virtual servers. Then, via 3 flights to the location, implemented the application to site. This was a particularly interesting project where, given, the remoteness of the island I was tasked with ensuring the solution was fully prepared prior to departure. Communication was not easy with the office in Perth and working with very few resources was a challenge. The client was happy and is continuing to use the solution in production with no problems.
