This included strengthening the link between strategic advisory and practical delivery, ensuring the business could support clients not just with direction, but with meaningful execution. Led technical architecture and delivery oversight for the Nova Programme, a first of type Oracle Health implementation across MSEFT and EPUT. As EPR Technical Architect for MSEFT and EPUT’s Nova EPR Programme, I provided technical leadership and architectural oversight across a highly complex transformation spanning acute, mental health, and community services. Working across two trusts, I helped shape and deliver one of the most ambitious Oracle Health programmes of its kind. My role spanned stakeholder engagement, current state analysis, technical planning, risk identification, architecture design, and implementation support. I worked closely with programme leaders, technical teams, operational stakeholders, and supplier partners to ensure the solution aligned to organisational needs and that the technical foundations were in place to support successful delivery. A major part of the role involved supporting the deployment of Oracle Cloud capabilities for both the EPR and data platform, helping local teams navigate complex design decisions, resolve issues, and plan proactively for dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges.
