As Head of HR EMENA at ofi, I enable the strategic direction of the company's human resources function for the region, focusing on talent, culture and change. I have over 20 years of international work experience in HR within both Operational/Supply Chain and Business environments. I partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and to advance capability building, inclusion and diversity, leadership development, and employee engagement. I also lead and manage global change initiatives, such as the SAP implementation project, to ensure smooth and effective transitions.
As Head of HR EMENA I am responsible to: • Provide strategic guidance on people and organizational issues and Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and HR initiatives for both the Operational/Supply Chain and Business organizations. • Help the EMENA organization grow by diagnosing gaps between current and desired organization performance, provide strategic counsel to leadership and deploy actions to help resolve gaps in the areas of organizational effectiveness, talent management, succession, employee development and employee relations. • Work with the CoE’s to evolve and embed talent strategies to enable IDE and engagement. • Participate in / lead global initiatives (e.g., Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Volunteer program Organizational Change, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning). • Develop and lead EMENA HR Generalists/Business Partners for Spain, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, UK, Poland, Ukraine, France and the EMENA CoE teams.
As Head of TA for EMENA I am enabling the strategic direction of ofi's Talent Acquisition for EMENA by focusing on recruiting world-class talent and building a word-class talent pipeline. In addition to processes and tooling, I am responsible for data analytics to include analysis leading to predictive indicators in the Talent Acquisition space. My responsibilities: • Managing of a team of recruiters, • Represent Talent Acquisition in HR projects and boards. • Business Ownership of Talent Acquisition related technology and tools. • Recruitment processes: establishing and driving efficiencies. • Complete adoption of and driving the global way of working • Management Reporting Dashboard (KPI's). • Participation in Talent Acquisition related projects. • Contribution to the EMENA HR strategy • Customer Surveys for Talent Acquisition. • Manage relationships with vendors in EMENA, and other global vendors as required. • Contribute to annual budget plans and ongoing management. • Assisting in the integration of acquired companies • Support of out-of-scope projects Main achievements: - Implementation of SuccessFactors RCM /Onboarding in the EMENA Region in multiple languages - Implementation of TA structure/process in EMENA region - cost reduction in recruitment fees of 50% As HR BP Innovation I am the HR business partner of the Global Head of Innovation Cocoa and support the senior leadership envision, develop and execute an HR strategy that supports the growth, performance and future objectives of the Innovation function in EMENA
