I work closely with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams to scale organisations in a way that supports performance, clarity, and a healthy working culture. My approach is practical and execution-focused. I prefer clear ownership, simple operating practices, and decisions that improve day-to-day work. I’m not interested in processes that look impressive but do not hold up in reality. At the same time, I value the human side of leadership: how people experience the organisation, how decisions are communicated, and how trust is built and maintained.
