Within this region, my duties included providing quotations for spare parts packages for new production lines and offering customer service for existing lines. In instances where a customer's production halted, my role was to ensure swift customer support by promptly sourcing and dispatching the required parts to the customer's location, thereby reducing the downtime losses. I collaborated with the warehouse manager to optimize inventory levels based on usage. Additionally, I contributed to the launch of a new online ordering service for customers and provided user support. Managing customer relations also entailed occasional visits to customer production sites.
