I build the operational backbone that lets growth businesses scale without breaking. Over the past 7 years, I've partnered directly with CEOs and founders to turn ambitious growth visions into structured, executable reality — across P&L ownership, digital transformation, HR infrastructure, and multi-unit expansion. At Wow Homes, I served as COO across a 7-unit multi-location portfolio. I launched 6 business units from zero — handling financial modelling, operating structure, hiring architecture, and go-to-market execution for each. I led a team of 30, held full P&L accountability, and co-developed internal digital tools that reduced labour costs by 30%. Currently, I partner with the CEO of n32.dev to build operational infrastructure, financial operating systems, and AI-enabled internal workflows. My work sits at the intersection of four things: Systems — I design KPI frameworks, financial performance dashboards, and operating models that make multi-unit businesses legible and accountable. AI & Automation — I implement AI tools and workflow automation (Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, custom systems) to eliminate manual work, increase execution speed, and build operations that scale without adding headcount. People — I build HR and recruitment infrastructure from scratch: employer branding, performance management, and org design that scales with the business. Execution — I don't just advise. I own. From concept to operational rollout, I stay in the room until it's working. Before Wow Homes, I spent 3+ years at Innovecs (a global 800-person digital transformation company) leading talent acquisition across technical and business functions, and built the people operations foundation at Space IT during their Polish market entry. My career began at PwC, where I developed structured business and compliance knowledge across corporate advisory.
