Hello, I come from the Kiput tribe—one of the smallest and earliest indigenous communities in Sarawak, Malaysia. Growing up in the heart of the Borneo rainforest taught me the values of humility, resilience, and the importance of staying connected to our roots. I currently work in Employer Branding & Campus Hiring at Hartalega, after spending two years in Performance & Reward—a journey that has deepened my passion for understanding and shaping the employee experience, from rewarding talent to attracting and developing future talent. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking (I’ve conquered Malaysia’s five highest peaks), playing sports, and volunteering. These experiences have taught me teamwork, perseverance, and the importance of giving back.
