Managing the Sales team and sales to b2b customers in whole country
main accountabilities include: sales & relationships activities with the chain customers (LUKOIL, ARGE),major key accounts in cylinders b2b (HEINEKEN, EMTOR, SABMILLER, COCA COLA, CAN PACK, MONDI) and cylinders major dealers; projects management (composite cylinders sales launch in BP DODO stations)
Accountable for the DODO, SPOT, LP networks in the assigned area, targets including: UGM, Volume. Additional Projects: Lobbying Strategy Paper, LPG Quality Assurance System.
Overall Responsability for the plant, targets including: Production planning and supervising, Revex, Capex budget managment, HSSE managment, HR of 40 subordinates
Responsible for delivering targeted sales margins & volumes, team managment (10 people), planning & delivering department's budget
