- Lead adoption of marketing & media solutions across the EU Institutions and Benelux region for Government, Politics & Nonprofit partners on main Facebook platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp).
- Owning a client portfolio of multi-million-euro framework contracts and in charge of their commercial development; - Supervising the bid proposal process for corporate and policy communication campaigns involving creative, strategic, outreach and production services; - Drafting the annual account plan defining engagement strategy, commercial objectives, KPIs and targets, evaluation and reporting mechanisms; - Growing existing business and identifying sales opportunities, prepare and deliver the pitch and turn prospects into clients; - Coaching the Project Management team, advising clients and identify clients' requirements through consistent outreach; - Networking and relationship building with key stakeholders, prospects and ICF Next’s executive management.
