In addition to my primary role, I serve as Deputy Vice President Plant EN, functioning as Deputy Plant Manager and supporting the overall site leadership. In this capacity, I act as deputy to the Plant Vice President and assume responsibility for the operational areas of Production, Logistics, and Technology, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strategic alignment, and performance excellence across the site. Key responsibilities: • Acting as Deputy Plant Manager and supporting overall site leadership for >600 employees • Assuming responsibility for Production, Logistics, and Technology during representation periods • Representing the plant in leadership and corporate coordination meetings
As Senior Lead Operations Excellence, I am responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across all production and support functions at our site with more than 600 employees and a high level of mechanical and electronic manufacturing depth. Together with my cross-functional team of project engineers, industrial engineers, and lean specialists, I focus on end-to-end process optimization, transparency, and sustainable performance improvement. My role bridges strategic alignment and operational execution to strengthen the site’s competitiveness and future-readiness. Key responsibilities: • Leading the implementation of lean principles and scalable structures for project and portfolio management • Driving and overseeing CAPEX projects in alignment with the site’s strategic roadmap • Shaping cross-departmental process excellence and operational transparency • Supporting strategic development and digital transformation initiatives • Enabling cross-plant collaboration and international knowledge exchange within dormakaba’s global manufacturing network
