- Led the distribution of parts across Western Europe and the UK, supporting manufacturing operations of Toyota Motor Europe; - Held responsibility for cost optimization of logistics services within the assigned scope; - Acted as lead for carbon neutrality initiatives in Parts Logistics, including impact assessments and the development of risk mitigation strategies for Toyota Motor Europe; - Conducted strategic analyses and designed as well as executed procurement strategies aligned with business objectives; - Managed end-to-end tender processes, including quotation analysis, negotiation of optimal supply conditions, and formulation of sourcing recommendations for top management; - Drove KAIZEN and continuous improvement initiatives in processes and operations, in line with Toyota Production System (TPS) and Toyota Business Practice (TBP) principles.
