-Ensuring the company management in relation with financial investments, operational activities, human resources, so that the planned development parameters are touched; -Efficiency assessment of the company in order to reduce costs by measures of financial discipline, renegotiation of nonperforming contracts, renegotiation of bank loans, recovery of lost lucrative contracts, sale of assets that induce loss, restructuring staff .... etc; -Market monitoring of ferrous/nonferrous waste and identifying development trends; -Development of company budget for revenues and expenses, identifying and attracting the necessary resources to implement new business ideas; -Supervision of production flow according to the ISO 9001 standards and regulations.
-Coordination of sales team and purchasing service for Total Lubricants; -Achieving the quantitative objectives set by Total Lubricants and the economics objectives set by Policolor Exim Craiova; -To increase turnover and portfolio of clients in the counties of Dolj, Olt, Mehedinti, Gorj, Valcea; -To prepare an deliver presentations, create proposal, and negotiate contracts.
