1. Lead talent acquisition team in the process of sourcing, selecting, interview and hiring 2. Lead URP team in the process of partnership acquisition, activity, brand awareness with universities in Indonesia and abroad. 3. As a business partner to the Business Units in collaboration on recruitment process. 4. Develop strategy: recruitment marketing channels/programs, employer branding and social media awareness; identifying effective recruitment channel for specific level/position and job posting optimization. 5. Recommend and manage manpower planning and budget. 6. Build and maintain relationship with 3rd parties companies : education institution, head hunter and outsourcing.
