Since September 2025, I have been serving as Deputy Head of the Environmental Department at the Prefecture of Sarthe (Ministry of the Interior, France). In this role, I am responsible for the operational management of complex environmental procedures, including environmental impact assessments, public utility declarations (DUP), and installations classified for environmental protection (ICPE). My responsibilities include regulatory analysis, preparation of administrative decisions, handling environmental litigation (drafting legal briefs and responses to appeals), coordination of environmental commissions, and supervision of a team of six civil servants.
