Prepared technical drawings (via AutoCAD) used for setup, trouble-shooting, and maintenance of multi-media equipment that supports NASA Select Audio and Video. Provided leadership and development of the MPulse Maintenance Database and Microsoft SQL Database software. Maintained drawings to include block diagrams, wiring diagrams, flow diagrams and physical layouts with cross-references to software database and equipment lists.
Created conceptual floor plans for construction and demolition of new and existing real estate. Planned and orchestrated efforts that included allocating floor space, office furniture and equipment for over 950,000 square feet of office space. Consulted with department managers, engineers, and contractors in regards to city and government ordinances, company guidelines and policies in term of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliances, and the NFPA (National Fire Protection Assoc.). Orchestrated and executed the move planning coordination efforts that included site inspections, punch-lists, schedules, asset transfers and customer communications. Maintained accurate occupancy in the Master AutoCAD Directory and the Emergency Evacuation Plans. Served as project coordinator that included creating conceptual floors and pre-design reports. Reviewed project goals and objectives with the project manager and design team. Communicated the working plans with vendors and contractors and incorporated their input into project designs. Verified that construction detail documentation conformed to quality assurance and best practices.
