• Actively collect & Process managed investment data using Morningstar collection systems, and ensure data timelines, completeness, and accuracy to meet business goals. • Escalation point for internal and external customer queries. • Monitor daily workload to identify market movements and anticipate potential large workloads and language needs. • Using LSS (Lean Six Sigma) methodology to proactively identify process improvements. • Partner with other Data content researchers and content specialists to share customer feedback and ensure team alignment. • Triage difficult issues with the content and support teams and create requirements for product managers to implement software tools that enable solutions at scale. • Identify automation opportunities and support the implementation. • Partner with Operations analysts and team leaders to build and coordinate a smart an agile training process which permits an efficient go to work. • Provide coaching and training to junior team members as appropriate and according to the specific needs of the person and the group. • Act as an expert regarding investment data points, answering questions and escalations from other team members. • Demonstrate a high sense of ownership of the data responsibilities to be responsive and provide timely updates, follow-up, expedition, and resolution.

I was working at the Economic Development Division, specifically at the Employment Studies Unit, where I contributed in the research and/or writing of three publications (see below, attached). Tasks and responsibilities - Dealing extensively with databases and household surveys, especially BADEHOG o Comparing data and variables of 8 household databases of 8 different countries, facing the difficulty of comparing their data o Studying the labor insertion of older workers, e.g. percentage of adults according to financial status, occupational category, years of study, sex and age, formalization index, average salaries and hours of work - Working on a daily basis with Excel to process variables from the data according to the researched project - Analyzing the results from the statistics derived from the databases - Researching academic and technical material on each project - Engaging in thorough web research, e.g. on public policies for the promotion of youth employment - Translating documents from English to Spanish - Formatting and preparing articles for their publication
During our last semester of the B.A. course in International Studies, we were offered the chance to participate in a consultancy project with a Peruvian NGO where the class was divided into teams who would then draft a proposal to the organization on how to advance their mission and goals in promoting social development and education in Huanchaco, Peru.
