From shipyard floors to boardrooms. I come from Bolici’s industrial world in Italy: production floors, shipyard work, international projects and the discipline required to make complex assets work in the real world. That background shaped a practical way of reading assets, risk and execution. Theory matters, but it is never enough. Complex projects are won or lost through decisions, operations, coordination and execution control. For more than three decades, that perspective has moved with me across superyachts, cruise ships, luxury hospitality, private real estate, branded residences and institutional environments. Close work with owners, private families and institutional decision-makers shaped how I judge risk, responsibility and long-term value. Today my work spans Interni and Terra, between the GCC and selected international markets, across private residences, hospitality, real estate and yachting. I work upstream before decisions are locked, before procurement begins and before complexity becomes expensive.
Interni brings an industrial heritage into the conditions of GCC projects — private residences first, then luxury hospitality and branded residences, where design intent, client capital and execution risk have to be managed as one. Its role is to govern the path between concept and built reality: holding design intent, controlling procurement and contracting, coordinating bespoke manufacturing and carrying projects through local approvals and cost discipline. The discipline comes from production and supply chain. The purpose is to protect client capital and design intent, and to keep complex projects under control — while decisions are still open, before procurement decisions become commitments.
Bolici is part of Italy’s industrial manufacturing story in complex interiors. Since the 1980s, its work has crossed cruise ships, superyachts and international projects where appearance was only one part of the challenge. Production, engineering, installation and reliability mattered just as much. That experience includes work connected to environments such as Queen Mary 2, projects on the scale of Euro Disney, and long-standing relationships with leading Italian yacht builders. For me, Bolici remains the industrial school behind the way I read projects today: what needs to happen behind the surface before quality can become visible.
Yachts Expert is an owner-side yachting platform between the GCC and the Mediterranean. It brings decades of Italian yachting experience to owners, families and selected partners as judgment rather than transaction — across acquisition and new build, refit management, charter and the long work of ownership itself. That judgment comes from the industrial side of yachting: marine interiors, refit supply chains, shipyard relationships and institutional work in the Italian nautical sector, including the Vice-Presidency for the yacht and wood sectors at Confindustria Rome and the founding of Italy’s first nautical industrial district. The role is to let an owner approach yachting with competence and calm — reading the vessel, the use, the destination, the cost, the timing and the decisions that protect value over time.
Bolici Invest represents the ownership side of my background. Founded in 1996, it created exposure to hospitality investments, real estate assets, joint ventures, renewable energy initiatives and marina-related projects. The experience shaped how I read timing, regulation, capital exposure and operating risk — and how strategic decisions need to be structured before execution begins.
Represented an institute established in 1966 with UN ECOSOC consultative status (since 1993) in diplomatic fora across the GCC; maintained embassy‑level relationships with ambassadors and missions from multiple countries; regular presence at National Day and protocol events. Fostered bilateral dialogue between embassies, Italian institutions and private‑sector stakeholders; facilitated introductions and multilateral cooperation aligned with institutional objectives. Supported trade, investment and cultural‑economic engagement by weaving durable networks and ensuring protocol‑compliant, discreet representation. Role primarily representational and bridge‑building, strengthening the Institute’s footprint in GCC capitals and its interface with global institutions.
