As Managing Director and General Manager of Rohde&Schwarz Italia SpA in charge to develop the business for the Italian subsidiary in strategic sectors such as defence (radiocommunications, interception systems, signal intelligence, electronic warfare), industry and aerospace.
As member of the global Executive Team of the Jenoptik group in charge to lead Jenoptik Korea Co. Ltd. as Managing Director. Appointed also as General Manager of the industrial divisions active in South Korea, the company grew and overachieved the targets in both optics/microoptics business and defence optical based applications, industrial metrology and laser processing (automotive).
In charge to start the railway signalling business in Germany on behalf of Ansaldo STS SpA (Hitachi Rail Group today), appointed as Managing Director (with an assignment contract to Germany) and Head of Sales&BD of Ansaldo STS Deutschland GmbH, member of the global Executive Team of Finmeccanica SpA (Leonardo SpA today), winning the most important ERTMS/ETCS-European Train Control System railway signalling projects in Germany in the years 2007-2012
