I was working for more than ten years in audit at PwC and gained valuable insights into the asset and wealth management (AWM) industry. In addition I was heavily involved in the audit transformation by building and scaling up the firm's competence centre as operational leader. My main responsibility was to ensure the standardisation of existing audit work and coordinating the automation afterwards. Having my backpack filled it is time to leave my comfort zone, to combine my passions (AWM / scaling / disruption) by building up Splint Invest!
