Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), with hands-on technical experience from the Rohde & Schwarz Radio Frequency and Microwave Laboratory. I have successfully completed the ALX Professional Foundations program and am currently enrolled in the ALX Cloud Computing program, where I’m gaining practical skills in AWS, Linux, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps fundamentals, and Automation. My recent role as a Ticket Agent at Ayatickets provided exposure to event technology, digital ticketing systems, and data-driven operations, strengthening my analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. I also contributed to crowd management and event coordination at large-scale gatherings, working collaboratively with event organizers and security teams to ensure operational efficiency. I am passionate about leveraging my foundation in Telecommunications, Cloud Computing, and DevOps tools such as Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform to solve real-world problems and drive innovation. My goal is to bring a cloud-first mindset, strong technical aptitude, and a team-oriented approach to roles in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Technical Operations.

Scanned and validated digital and physical tickets using QR-based systems to ensure smooth entry flow. Provided customer support and directions to attendees while maintaining a professional and energetic atmosphere. Collaborated with event organizers and security teams to manage crowd control efficiently. Gained hands-on experience in event operations, digital ticketing systems, and real-time coordination under high-pressure environments.
