Photography is the medium through which I express how I see and experience the world. My work is rooted in simplicity - negative space and minimal compositions. Working primarily in monochrome, I focus on the essentials: light, shadow, shape, and form. I’m interested in transforming the ordinary into something slightly unfamiliar—subtle, sometimes surreal, but always intentional. For me, photography is less about capturing what’s there, and more about creating an aesthetic or revealing what can be felt within it. Based in the Canary Islands, Spain, I work across different genres, from abstracting architecture to minimal landscapes. Whatever the subject, my approach remains the same: seeking clarity through reduction and creating images that feel both bold and balanced. Most of my work is done in low light, allowing textures and tones to emerge in a more atmospheric, sometimes ethereal way. I’m largely self-taught, aside from a foundational course at the Berlin School of Photography, and my approach has developed through continuous exploration and experimentation. My work has been exhibited internationally in cities including Tokyo, Budapest, Glasgow, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and Athens, and has received multiple awards, including several Photographer of the Year titles. My images are part of both private and corporate collections, and I find it especially meaningful when a photograph resonates beyond its initial impression - when it lingers and invites a second look. At its core, my practice is about observation and interpretation. The camera is simply a tool - what matters is the intention behind it: to share a personal way of seeing and to create space for quiet visual escapism.
