• Develop reporting to monitor quote to invoice conversions and identify opportunities to optimize revenue • Provide guidance to inside sales team to ensure quote and specification accuracy • Lead discovery conversations with clients to understand challenges with process development, design, functionality, and failures. Identify ways in which EAG’s materials analysis services can resolve those challenges • Work with customer engineering, procurement, and technical team members to propose, negotiate and execute contracts. Build on current business relationships and develop new relationships with key customers. Promote EAG services to prospects by demonstrating how EAG services and expertise can help them accomplish their financial and technical objectives
• Reviewed analytical reports, data, and protocols for their quoted jobs. • Assisted the operations team regarding maintenance of project scope and determination of project completion. • Reviewed project data with regard to technical quality, compliance, need for follow-up or investigations, and customer needs in order to ensure satisfaction. • Lead in conflict resolution.
• Managed daily operations and work-flow for EAG’s TEM tools • Ensured incoming work was executed correctly, and that tool utilization was maximized • Utilized break-even analysis to determine new tool investment for the expansion of services • Conducted department cost analysis and collected and analyzed tool utilization metrics
• Prepared TEM tools, prices and proposals/quotes for customers. Ensured that results were delivered on time and on budget.
• Used Focused Ion Beam (FIB) tools for advanced circuit modification. • Used emission microscopy for hot spot detection of defects and consulted with customers regarding the best options to increase time-to-market by reducing the number of circuit revisions.
• Conducted mechanical probing and analysis of IC circuits.
• Utilized Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) tools. • Exceeded Advanced Semiconductor Technology Center (ASTC) and 300mm Fabrication Turn Around Time (TAT) targets for production and development hardware.
