Senior Leader with 20+ years in technical engineering and influental leadership at three companies. Most recently present and located in Germany but always in collaboration with European and global partners in NAO and Asia for driving change and progress in technical development, production start up and sales. I have been active in multiple technical and social/academic functions and leadership rules throughout my career. As EJOT's first business unit leader for innovative technologies, R&D, equipment production and sales for an organization that generated net sales above € 8 million net sales. I was responsible and in charge of planning and rapid implementing of joining technologies for multi materialmix design all over the globe with several OEM's. I was involved and also responsible for company division foundation, settlement and start up activities in Europe, US and Japan. incl. HR items. My motivation of ongoing business activies are delivering agility, pioneering spirit, competition advantages, enhance revenue growth within emerging markets and in pursuit making humans successful.
