🔍 About Me: I'm a semiconductor professional with a focus on TCAD simulation, RF measurement, and SiGe HBTs modeling and parameter extraction. Currently, I work at TU Dresden, where I contribute to research and development projects. 🛠️ Accomplishments: I played a key role in implementing our Python parameter extraction framework, DMT, which has enhanced our research capabilities with special regards to fast and repeatable parameter extractions. 💼 Career Journey: As a co-founder of SemiMod, I'm involved in using DMT in both research and production settings, aiming to bridge the gap between academia and industry. At SemiMod I am responsible for the infrastructure, software tools and parameter extraction. 🌐 Open-Source Advocacy: I'm passionate about open collaboration and have contributed to making DMT open-source, with the goal to empowering others in the semiconductor community.
