I’m the CEO of Points2BIM, where we are building the data layer for existing buildings. Our mission is to transform physical buildings into structured, usable data. By digitizing building assets at scale, we enable real estate owners and operators to make better decisions about operations, refurbishment, and investment. With Points2BIM, we help real estate companies efficiently convert their existing buildings into high-quality BIM models and digital building data — without the need to build large in-house modeling teams. Points2BIM emerged from the innovation ecosystem of Q-HUB, where we work with corporates and mid-sized companies to develop digital products, new ventures, and technology-driven business models. My background is in research and innovation, with several award-winning publications. During that time, I developed a strong interest in building customer-centric products and turning technology into scalable business models — a mindset that ultimately led me into entrepreneurship.
