Ordered material from East coast warehouses using SAP as required for production. Scheduled drivers for deliveries and pickup of raw materials or finished goods. Contacted freight forwarders for international deliveries and used FedEx or UPS for domestic. Trained new employees on use of SAP inventory functions and FedEx/UPS online shipping. Supervised a team of two employees.
Supplied monthly and quarterly build schedules to Contract Manufacturer, based on actual orders and forecast. Performed monthly and quarterly audits of Contract Manufacturer’s production progress. Assisted in resolving any material or engineering issues affecting production. Used Oracle and Agile software for schedules, engineering changes, revisions and bill of materials. Processed returned materials thru Contract Manufacturer for repairs, upgrades or replacements.
