As Service Director Central Europe have I the lead for Services for Central Europe, providing strategic and operational leadership to help grow our customer relationships deliver "best in class" Service experience and fleet performance improve profitability in Central Europe by implementing productivity programs, rigorous performance management and the transformation program. For our strong service team (+190 employees) is my responsibility to ensure a cohesive, empowered and accountability approach to service delivery and performance. Manage of the full Service Business P&L with strong focus of cost control, cost visibility and performance management and strong focus of costs and sub contractor control.
Responsible for global service activities and aftermarket sales. Business development for new market as well service portfolio, and the process optimization for service and sales is in my responsebilities.

Belong to this departments was the service engineering, order processing, service sourcing, HSE and subcontractor management. The main task was to set-up the departments for the headquarter for Europe located in Germany and to develop in an global team the service strategy world wide.
