a. Led the post-deal phase of worldwide and pan-european products acquired or in-licensed by pharma clients. Organized and managed the multi-functional post-acquisition team through full integration of each project (9-18 months). Type of products included drugs for rare diseases as well as other specialty drugs. b. On behalf of international healthcare clients led the post-deal phase of local acquisitions made in US, Switzerland, Poland, Turkey and Tunisia. Was typically appointed General Manager of the newly acquired local business organization for the initial six month period after the deal. Then gradually handed management responsibilities to the local team. c. Co-led the entire sale process of an Italian family-owned pharmaceutical company. In particular acted as investment banker and due diligence consultant. d. Advised early-phase healthcare companies. Supported their fundraising efforts with VCs and other investors and partners.
