About

I’m a financial economist focused on European policy, where research meets regulation. My work spans housing affordability — increasingly a structural challenge across Europe — and the fast-evolving world of digital assets, from crypto markets to the digital euro. Earlier work centred on financial stability, banking resolution, and market structure. I bring an evidence-based approach to policymaking.
