• From May 2025 to present Member of the Board of Directors at Fincantieri • From March 2024 to present Director in charge of the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Social Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) for the LVMH Group. He manages a team of 15 direct reports and a network of more than 100 correspondents in 27 different countries around the world. • From September 2014 to April 2019 General Counsel at Fendi Srl, LVMH Group. Responsible for overseeing the organization’s legal affairs and participating in the ongoing strategic planning process as a member of the senior management team. Key functional areas include: corporate governance, intellectual property law, real estate, litigation support. Manages a team of 10 legal counsels. As Chief Compliance Officer, responsible of ensuring that the appropriate training, investigations and strategies are in place to guarantee that the Company’s behavior is compliant to the laws and the Group’s guidelines. MAIN PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS IN FENDI • Negotiation with the Public Italian Administration for the implementation of several projects involving Fendi and the city of Rome (catwalk on the Trevi Fountain for the Haute Fourrure Autumn/Winter 2016-2017; management of the legal issues for the rental of the HQ building owned by Fondazione EUR; networking with key functional roles of the Rome City hall and of the Italian Ministry for Cultural Heritage and the Italian Ministry of Industry). • Within the role of General Counsel at Fendi, promotion of the Italian craftsmanship as a mean of defending the national culture and traditions and savoir-faire (Accademia Massoli).
