I have many years of expertise and experience in theatre, opera, dance, film, and television. The sheer variety of styles and mediums I have worked with has made me equally at ease with realism, for which I draw inspiration from contemporary fashion and streetwear, and imaginary, eclectic aesthetics, like my Tony Award-winning work in Fela! On Broadway. I’ve maintained a strong professional and personal interest in the history of costume and art, photography, vintage styles and sustainability in garment making/sourcing.
