As a passionate professional in the food technology sector, I focus on the development of liquid food formulations, from traditional dairy products to plant-based applications. My key responsibilities include: - Driving technologies in liquid food formulation, leveraging scientific principles to develop new products for plant-based alternatives and renovate dairy products. - Driving Test & Learn initiatives, facilitating the scaling up of innovative concepts for rapid market testing. Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of minimum viable production. - Design and execute R&D proposals with scientific & project management team, from ideation to laboratory experiments, to pilot-scale. This includes formulation, processing, product characterization, coordination with food safety, quality and regulatory teams.
Translate innovative ideas into products for quick market testing: - Conduct consumer research, create concepts, and design value propositions. - Coordinate consumer testing through co-creation sessions, interviews, and questionnaires. - Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and design teams. - Organize shop tests with retailers.
- Formulation of offset security inks (new varnishes, drier) - Physico chemical characterization (drying time, tack, rheology, particle size, microscopy) - Quality control of production sample and correction of formulas - ink resistance test on paper - Colorimetry (L*a*b* CIE)
- Coating of bioactive compounds by atomization on air fluidized bed and spray drying - Development of analytical methods for vitamins quantification (HPLC, Spectroscopie UV-vis, DSC)
Development: - Improvement of formaldehyde-free perfumed microcapsules formulas compliant with cosmetic regulation - Stability and accelelerated shelf life study, characterization (Microscopy, laser diffraction, rheology) - Lab scall microcapsule drying process, scale up of formulation Research: - Development of protein-based microcapsules - Characterization (laser diffraction, SEM with university) and fixation test of microcapsules on textile
