My responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist include: - Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for the Quality Engineering & Testing positions, from briefing with hiring managers to the onboarding of the final candidate - Define best hiring strategy for each open position, (from advertising job openings on career pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) to source the greatest people through online or other channels - Screen and interview candidates during all hiring stages, including phone, first-round, and second-round interviews; and answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process. - Ensure a great onboarding for new team members their first year. Manage their welcome on their first day and carry out a follow-up of their journey in the company.
