With over 15 years of experience across intralogistics, IT, professional sport and event management, I connect people, tools, processes and business into one working system. I don’t just run training programs. I build systems that make organizations more structured and help people become productive faster. From preboarding to on-the-job performance, I have created global onboarding programs, academies and enablement structures from scratch.
