A seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in managing and operating shopping centres. I have a passion for people and even more so, their development. I love a fast-paced, results oriented, environment whereby I can contribute to my team through coaching, excellence and striving to think outside of the box. I believe innovation is the key to success and there are times where calculated risks are necessary. I am always inspired to take my work to the next level and believe in the importance of creating an environment for my team to do the same. This philosophy has served me well and played an intricate part in the win of 28 ICSC Awards in 14 years at the Montréal Eaton Centre. My values are teamwork, integrity and pushing boundaries. I am a firm believer that working as a team will always take us further than the individual efforts combined. “Leaders always chose the harder right rather than the easier wrong”, this quote is how I live my life with integrity. Timing is everything and I strive to use innovation to be the first at an accomplishment. If it’s never been done, that is where I am at. All of this wouldn’t be worth if I didn’t have a team where we collectively aim towards a common goal and also have some fun while we’re at it. Feel free to connect with me.
