Psychology graduate (Panteion University, GPA 8.53 – ranked 6th) and MSc candidate in Human Resources Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business. My interests lie at the intersection of psychology and organizational behavior, with a particular focus on recruitment and assessment, talent development, and people analytics. I have a strong foundation in research methods and statistical analysis (SPSS), which allows me to approach HR challenges with a data-driven perspective.
