The innovation, as one of the basic pillars of each stable organization is my passion! The Innovation Garage in Ericsson is open innovation platform, inspired by lean startup methodology. We work with short development cycles in close dialog with customers, users and partners aiming to evolve the ideas from minimum viable products to final versions, fulfilling actual customer needs and pain points. In this role, I have made experience on bringing the innovation into the organizations, stimulating it via events and incentives, as well as moderating customer co-creation sessions. My current role of a site “Innovation Garage” manager has helped me to stay in touch with the newest technology trends and broaden the insights into the techniques for stimulation, planning and incorporation of the systemic innovation into the development process.
