Key Achievements & Focus Areas: HR Infrastructure from Scratch: — Designed and implemented full HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and exit. — Developed company-wide HR policies, internal regulations, and scalable workflows. — Implemented PeopleForce with customized modules for adaptation, leave tracking, and performance management. — Created a toolkit of internal automation solutions, including Telegram bots, People Force and benefit cafeteria systems. People & Retention Strategy: — Took full ownership of retention strategy for the entire company. — Built feedback loops, performance check-ins, and engagement tools to increase retention and employee satisfaction. — Managed a cross-functional HR team of 8 people (People Partners, Business Partners,People Operation). — Led strategic workforce planning, career pathing, and manager enablement initiatives. Employer Branding & EVP: — Developed and launched EVP based on audience segmentation and internal research. — Built internal communication strategies tailored to different employee segments. — Positioned HR as a strategic function in collaboration with marketing, leadership, and business units. Business Partnering: — Introduced People Partner & Business Partner roles, defining responsibilities, scopes, and success metrics. — Enabled faster business decisions by integrating HR into operational leadership processes. — Worked closely with product and affiliate teams across different verticals to tailor HR approaches to business needs.
