Chemical Engineer with solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Drug Product and Drug Substance), currently serving as Head of Production at Nerpharma, an international CDMO specialized in sterile injectable products, oral solid dosage forms, packaging operations, and High Potent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API). The manufacturing site is approved by major global regulatory authorities including AIFA, FDA, the Russian Ministry of Health and several other international Health Authorities. Throughout my career, I have managed complex pharmaceutical operations and projects across all phases, from process implementation to manufacturing execution, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, operational efficiency, and budget control. I have developed extensive expertise in GMP regulations, AIFA and FDA inspection management, quality management, process validation, production performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing operational risks and enhancing product quality. In my current role as Head of Production, I oversee manufacturing activities for injectable pharmaceutical products, oral solid dosage forms, packaging operations and API productions, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Previously, as a Project Manager, I coordinated cross-functional teams and collaborated closely with international clients and stakeholders to successfully deliver strategic and technical projects within the pharmaceutical environment.
