London Area, United Kingdom
I’m a senior marketing leader with 20+ years’ experience supporting B2B technology companies through periods of growth and transition, particularly across security, identity, SaaS and fintech-adjacent infrastructure. My background includes owning demand, ABM, partner and field marketing across EMEA (focussing on Europe & Middle East) and APAC, with a strong track record of building commercially accountable go-to-market engines that translate market insight into measurable pipeline and revenue. I’ve worked closely with Sales, Product and RevOps teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments where trust, clarity and execution matter. More recently, my work has been closely connected to Africa-focused fintech and infrastructure companies, operating across South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya and Francophone Africa. This has deepened my focus on how trust is earned locally, sustained operationally, and articulated clearly as companies scale into more institutional, global markets. I am most effective where things aren’t fully defined yet and like helping teams sharpen positioning, stand up or evolve demand motions, and bring structure and confidence as expectations increase. I’m commercially minded, systems-oriented, and often act as a trusted partner to leadership on growth priorities, pipeline health and investment decisions. Based in London, working at the intersection of regional nuance and global scale.
I was brought in on a fixed-term engagement to build and operationalise a scalable regional marketing and ABM foundation to support ambitious growth goals across complex, high-growth markets including South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, and Francophone Africa. Built out regional ABM go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and positioning, working closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Security teams to navigate significant regional nuance and tight delivery timelines. The role focused on accelerating enterprise pipeline, strengthening how the business showed up in-market, and aligning the marketing function around regional ownership and ABM capabilities.
Led regional demand generation and campaigns across EMEA and APAC, owning growth strategy, pipeline acceleration, and execution across field marketing, campaigns, and partner-led programs. Built and led a distributed team of regional marketers through a period of significant organisational change, including LastPass’ transition to an independent company in June 2024. The role focused on regionalising global strategy through ABM, standing up a new CRM and lifecycle model, sharpening lead scoring and nurturing by market, and delivering locally relevant content, campaigns, webinars, and events — both direct and partner-led — to support sustained pipeline and revenue growth across diverse regions.
As LastPass split from GoTo, I was asked to build out a team of 4 Demand Marketing professionals across EMEA and APAC as well as a global Partner Marketing team of 2. By combining demand and partner marketing in one team I was able to optimise the go-to-market across both teams - enabling us to capture attention and then drive enablement and conversion to, through or with the growing Partner network. In a year we built a new Partner Program and signed 150 new Partners while increasing our Partner Marketing influence pipeline from 10% to 40% in a year the company suffered a security incident.
I was asked to lead a Partner Marketing team of 4 across EMEA, APAC, India & LATAM providing global marketing and program planning and execution to channel sales and all partners. During my time we planned and rolled-out the new GoTo brand to our 1k global Partners, stood up a new Partner Program and launched the LastPass MSP business globally, reaching $10M ARR in the first year across the GSIs, MSPs, Distribution and VARs
In my time as Head of EMEA Field Marketing, I led a regionally focused team of 5 people on acquisition/prospect and expansion/customer across all our business units. My teams created demand through integrated & co-marketing campaigns with an emphasis on awareness, conversion, expansion and revenue acceleration. I coordinated a new product launch in Italy (GoTo Connect IP Telephony) and oversaw the transition of the team from a public to a private company with a value of around $400M at the time of the deal.
As the Head of EMEA Marketing team for the Customer Engagement and Support (CES) and the Identity & Access Management (IAM) business units, I owned the overall go-to-market and budget for EMEA for 2 of the 3 business units. My team of 3 regional marketers are responsible for launching global B2B campaigns in the region, digital/paid media strategy, PR and programmatic campaign spend. In my time, the company acquired the Citrix Online business and went from 450 employees to 4k employees overnight with a $100M ARR as we grew rapidly through the COVID pandemic.
As the EMEA Marketing Manager I was brought in to define the EMEA marketing function from scratch in a fast paced growth-centric environment of 350 employees/$20M ARR at the time. I built out a team of 2 marketers (campaigns and field) who were responsible for localising global strategies and messaging into regional programs. I owned the local PR and digital media strategy and ran local product launches - including join.me in 11 languages across EMEA and APAC. The EMEA business grew to $50M ARR in 4 years.
As the Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, the Netherlands, Middle East and Africa I executed both the strategic planning and oversaw the tactical delivery of Mindjet's corporate and regional objectives. This included defining and implementing a marketing plan across all products to ensure maximum ROI using demand generation campaigns, regional PR, field marketing and B2B communication. Project and budget management, internal reporting and detailed analysis while working and traveling with a multi-national team were all part of the job.
As the Channel Marketing Manager I was responsible for planning and implementation of all Channel marketing campaigns and programs across Northern Europe, Middle East & Africa. I worked closely with the channel managers and senior management to determine the strategy and implementation of campaigns, self-service portal programs and materials to drive the Mindjet Channel business.
