As Head of Sustainability at DLL, I leverage my MBA from INSEAD, my Sustainable Finance certificate from Cambridge, and my 25+ years of experience in strategy consulting and business management to support and guide the financial services industry towards a more sustainable future. I am deeply driven to use my skills and knowledge to create a positive and significant impact on the world we live in. I lead a global team of talented business professionals who focus on supporting both our own business and our partners to make the transition, and reduce both our financed and our own footprint in terms of carbon emissions, efficient use of resources (circularity) and biodiversity. Previously, I was Sustainability Director at Accenture in its Financial Services domain, through the acquisition of Greenfish Netherlands, an engineering based consulting firm committed to tackle climate change, which I had set up and managed in The Netherlands.
