Berlin Metropolitan Area
I am a Berlin-based fashion design expert with more than ten years of experience in the fashion industry. Currently, I work as a Fashion Designer at Zalando, overseeing the concept and design of outerwear, trousers, and denim for three menswear brands within Zalando’s private labels portfolio. After graduating from École supérieure des arts et techniques de la mode (ESMOD) in 2007, I worked for both small independent labels like Sai So Berlin and big commercial brands like s.Oliver. In 2014, I joined Zalando. I have gained experience in all textile commodity groups as well as footwear and interior design. My key expertise lies in wovens, particularly in outerwear and tailoring. I am passionate about making our products more inclusive by design — particularly by deploying principles of “adaptive design” and “genderfluid design” — and about making them more sustainable and circular. Outside of fashion, I have a great interest in women’s causes and how social systems shape our societies.
