Corporate Banking executive with 20+ years spanning Global Subsidiaries, Inbound Coverage, Cross-Border Relationship Management, and domestic Technology Banking. FINRA-licensed (SIE, Series 79, Series 63). At MUFG, I built a growth technology banking portfolio from the ground up, originating and structuring credit facilities, leading syndication execution, and driving cross-sell across Treasury Management, Capital Markets, FX/Derivatives, and Asset-Based Lending. Prior to MUFG, I spent over a decade at HSBC in Subsidiary Banking and Global Account Management, covering US subsidiaries of foreign multinationals headquartered across EMEA and APAC. I coordinated with Parent Account Management teams across multiple regions, delivering solutions across Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Cash Management, FX/Derivatives, and Capital Markets. This included displacing incumbent providers and securing sole global transactional banking mandates. I have sat on both sides of the coverage model and understand what the subsidiary needs, what the parent expects, and how to structure solutions that work across both. The best banking relationships are built on anticipation, accountability, and close partnership with product specialists. Always interested in connecting with professionals thinking about the evolution of banking and how AI is reshaping the way we serve clients across global platforms. I’d welcome the conversation.
