About

A pragmatic, challenge-driven and internationally minded General Manager and senior transformation leader, I turn complex challenges (regulatory, financial, digital and strategic / M&A) into business performance. Across 15 years at Société Générale Group, I have been regularly entrusted with translating strategic ambition into concrete operational delivery in demanding, multi-stakeholder environments, from subsidiaries and joint-ventures to Group-level functions. I build and scale capabilities, combining rigorous organisation and project management with financial acumen, and deploying digital, data and AI tools in service of strategy, client satisfaction and performance. Having owned P&L and led the finance of regulated entities as CEO/CFO, I am equally at ease steering the numbers and the organisation. I work by diagnosing the situation, structuring the organisation, processes and governance, setting clear priorities, and bringing people along to delivery. I am convinced transformation is delivered through people, not slides, and focus on engaging experts, coaching, communicating widely, and using clarity on the vision so everyone can find their place and act. Driven by impact rather than recognition, I lead with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine curiosity for people and other ways of working, always learning, and never losing sight of the result. Fluent in French, English and Spanish, I have built and led high-performing teams across France, Latin America and Europe. I am now focused on a senior operational leadership role (General Manager / Business Unit leader, COO, Deputy CEO or Head of Transformation) within a large financial institution undergoing significant strategic, regulatory, digital or post-M&A transformation.
