A pragmatic, challenge-driven and internationally minded General Manager and senior transformation leader, I turn complex challenges (regulatory, financial, digital and strategic / M&A) into business performance. Across 15 years at Société Générale Group, I have been regularly entrusted with translating strategic ambition into concrete operational delivery in demanding, multi-stakeholder environments, from subsidiaries and joint-ventures to Group-level functions. I build and scale capabilities, combining rigorous organisation and project management with financial acumen, and deploying digital, data and AI tools in service of strategy, client satisfaction and performance. Having owned P&L and led the finance of regulated entities as CEO/CFO, I am equally at ease steering the numbers and the organisation. I work by diagnosing the situation, structuring the organisation, processes and governance, setting clear priorities, and bringing people along to delivery. I am convinced transformation is delivered through people, not slides, and focus on engaging experts, coaching, communicating widely, and using clarity on the vision so everyone can find their place and act. Driven by impact rather than recognition, I lead with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine curiosity for people and other ways of working, always learning, and never losing sight of the result. Fluent in French, English and Spanish, I have built and led high-performing teams across France, Latin America and Europe. Global Chief Operating Office - Strategy team • Developed and structured external partnerships to build the tech foundations of the Group's AI transformation building strategic alignment and negotiating with senior internal and external stakeholders • Coordinated a Group-wide AI strategy exercise, by assessing AI's impact across business lines and functions, articulating the Group's AI ambition and investment roadmap, presented at Executive Committee level
Reporting to Group CFO and member of the Global Finance organisation leadership team. ALD Group Management committee member (CoDir). • Led the Group’s successful regulatory transformation into an ECB-regulated entity — a pre-closing condition of the €5bn LeasePlan acquisition: multi-year worldwide cross functional programme (legal, risk, finance, IT & Data) coordinating 400+ employees and a €30m+ annual portfolio. • Contributed to the post-merger integration workstreams through to Day 1 readiness and first regulatory reporting. • Drove major finance transformation projects: first ESG taxonomy reporting, client profitability, business performance management (FP&A), treasury optimization.
Full P&L ownership of a 2,500-vehicle leasing subsidiary — scaled a young entity into a structured business. • Drove business development and product development (remarketing, fuel card, connected-car and flex offerings); delivered above-budget performance two years running. • Drove retention through proactive account management: renegotiated 70%+ of the portfolio during Covid, protecting profitability while meeting client needs as vehicles were immobilized. • Built and scaled a 25+ person team; structured operations, finance capability, IT systems and CSR.
Supported the Executive Committee on strategic initiatives: acquisitions, joint ventures (e.g. Ford) and strategic partnerships (e.g. Amazon) across the digital, banking and automotive spaces.
Conducted internal audit and consulting assignments worldwide (ultimately as « head of mission » leading teams of up to 10 people): risk assessments (counterparty and operational risks including compliance and regulatory risks, accounting) and strategic recommendations (business development, organization, IT investments, transformation programmes) for the Société Générale Chairman's Office.
