Materials Engineer inspired by the conception and development of innovative and sustainable materials in the packaging industry. Graduated with a master's double degree in Materials Science from European School of Materials Science & Engineering (EEIGM) in France and Luleå Tekniska Universitet in Sweden. Since October 2025, I am supporting Zoetis as an external contractor to work as a Packaging Engineer to support LCM projects for the European Zoetis sites.
Support packaging engineering activities across European Zoetis and 3PM sites: • Assess quality-related risks associated with packaging changes. • Develop and validate testing plans in collaboration with impacted departments and suppliers. • Lead packaging qualification and validation for quality, sustainability, and efficiency improvement initiatives. • Coordinate and monitor packaging tests and analyses, both internally and with external partners. • Maintain packaging documentation and support artwork changes. • Identify and evaluate new suppliers and packaging solutions, including at industry fairs.
• Developed packaging configuration and design for NPD or LCM for all brands: Godiva, Rosalie’s, private labels. • Collaborated directly with suppliers together with Procurement and Quality to discuss feasibility, costs, material quality & requirements, trials plan, etc. • Supported the MBC plant and co-packers on-site to explain packing instructions, and help with any complain or issue encountered on the packing line. • Ran tests and collect necessary regulatory documentation to validate packaging and transport of cold chain packaging safety to ensure product quality.
50% Product Development | 50% Packaging Development • Participated in the transfer of all 3PM products in the global SAP system, putting in place all documentation from product and packaging sides • Supported the documentation set up of all products to be updated in SAP for artwork changes • Involved in prototyping, seeking new packaging design in collaboration with R&D for new products development • Ran consumers test to compare new innovations and collect feedback
• Drove the development of Packaging Components specifications for all items manufactured in Helsingborg site • Followed-up the development of masterdielines, artworks and technical documents as part of the transfer from a local SAP system to the global SAP system • Supported Life Cycle Management & New Products Development projects of smoking cessation and allergy products
Evaluated the optimal starch for a biocomposite packaging, made of starch and cellulose fibres, through several methods: • Manufacturing process (injection moulding) • Mechanical testing (tensile test, compression test, 3-point bending test, impact test) • Optical & surface characterization (roughness & color measurement) • Environmental parameters study (moisture, temperature)
